Tournament Photography - Russmatt Central Florida Invitational - NERP
In game action photos at Northeast Regional Park during the Russmatt Central Florida Invitational. Game coverage includes photographing players and coaching staff on the field during the game. There is no guarantee that all players will be photographed.
By booking photography services with Trophy Sports Photos (OCLE Enterprises), you agree to the following policies.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Deliverables: Due to the dynamic nature of sports photography, an exact image count is not guaranteed. In general, clients can expect to receive approximately 40–60 professionally edited photos per game booked.
Photo Delivery: Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 48 hours of the conclusion of the game.
Gallery Access: A download link will be provided for easy access to your photos.
Usage & Promotion: Trophy Sports Photos may use select images for promotional purposes (including social media) without identifying athletes or individuals by name.
Copyright & Licensing: All photographs remain the copyright of Trophy Sports Photos. The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license for personal and commercial use.
Client Cancellations: Photography services canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled game time are nonrefundable.
Game Changes: In the event of a game cancellation, delay, or reschedule, Trophy Sports Photos will make every effort to reschedule photography services. Please text (407) 409-0790 with game day updates or changes.
Refunds: If rescheduling is not possible due to a game cancellation or schedule change, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
